About the Mission

Hi, I’m Ainsley.

Happily Employed began with a simple idea: job seekers deserve better.

But the problem isn’t just in hiring. It’s in the interview where bias shows up. It’s in contracts that hide unfair terms. It’s in workplaces where respect isn’t guaranteed — and in exits that leave people invisible.

That’s why we expanded. Now, Happily Employed is:

  • A watchdog for fairness and dignity.

  • A platform to spotlight ethical employers.

  • A community that won’t settle for less than equity at work.
