How We Work
We’re a small team spread across time zones, so everything we do is fully remote. Slack, Notion, Google Meet — those are our tools. But we also believe human connection matters. If you’re in Stockholm, we host regular meetups (yes, Fika — we love coffee, and we love to talk).
Our style is simple:
Fully flexible — work when you have the time.
No micromanaging — we can’t stand it either. You own your role, your hours, your pace.
Life happens — have a dog and need to walk it during the day? Skip a meeting, no stress. Our founder’s two bunnies are usually hopping around demanding attention anyway.
Your voice counts — opinions and ideas are welcomed, not just tolerated. Everyone here helps shape where we go next.
